Carvana Emails
As part of Carvana’s brand evolution, we updated the email experience to align with the company’s refreshed identity and new design system library rollout, Helios. This involved rethinking both the UX/UI and visual design to ensure emails were as engaging and functional as possible.
We used our four standards for all design at Carvana as guidelines: accessibility, quality, consistency, and efficiency. Each of those attributes helped us make decisions that ultimately affected communications to over two million users. Email is often one of the first ways a brand connects with a user and it's imperative that design doesn't hinder that connection. Our old design wasn't doing us any favors, and an update was long overdue. We worked with engineers, product designers, and our design system library team to bring this project to the finish line.
